The ultimate goal for us in running the CrossFit Aberdeen Kids program is to give kids
a love of fitness, in the safest and most fun environment possible.
We want to help prepare kids for life, instilling good movement mechanics and
providing a really fun and inclusive community to do it in!
Age range and scalability
The CrossFit Aberdeen Kids Program is for children aged between 5 - 12 years. If
you’d like to learn more about CrossFit for teens, please get in touch with us. The
program is fully scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied
maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
Classes are run every Saturday morning from 09:00 - 09:45. All kids can try

If you’d like to discuss bringing groups of schoolchildren to CrossFit Aberdeen,
we can run tailored, specific Kids classes for age ranges between 5 and 18.

During the school holidays and half-term breaks, we run week long kids camps
from 08:30 - 11:30am, Mon - Fri. Please enquire directly for schedule. These
are limited to 5 children per camp and allows us to spend a little more time and
attention on some of the fundamental movements, as well as letting the kids
choose some of their favourite exercises and games to play!
Cost is £10 per session - blocks available x10 for £85. (Valid for 4 months)
