CrossFit Kids emphasizes proper movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Good mechanical movement, then consistency in order to achieve more and more intensity. In addition, a large body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial for cognitive function, and therefore over time this physical activity can have a positive impact on children's academic success. CrossFit Kids is meant to be fun for all ages. General fun and fun to provide an active alternative to sedentary activities, which means less obesity in children and better overall health for our children.
